The third floor of this home in Webster Groves was transformed into three functional rooms for a growing family, including a bedroom for the boys and a home office for dad. The highlight is the modern bathroom, earning it the Home Builders Association Remodeling Project of the Year – Bathroom Winner.

Stunning transformation on the Hill, an HBA Project of the Year Winner. Expanded kitchen with new cabinetry, tile, fixtures, and beverage center. A bright, modern kitchen in South County features floor-to-ceiling cabinets for ample storage, decorative tile accents, and custom live edge shelves. The redesign includes more cabinets and countertops, a new beverage bar, and glass cabinets to showcase china beautifully.

TURNING A HOME INTO A RETREAT
2022 HBA Remodeling Project of the Year Winner: We transformed our homeowners’ dream into reality by creating a spacious gathering room for entertaining and a relaxing primary bedroom suite. We enhanced outdoor living with a two-level deck, providing a cozy covered area for watching TV or dining, and an uncovered lower deck for outdoor entertainment. The addition seamlessly flows from the existing house, appearing original, and includes a laundry closet in the primary suite for convenience. The project required storm water management for the yard, but the result is an expanded indoor/outdoor living space that our homeowners love.
MODERN UPDATE TO A HALL BATH
2022 HBA Remodeling Project of the Year Winner: Updated a dated guest bath to a modern masterpiece. Clean lines, black and white finishes, and a custom live edge floating vanity create a spectacular sight.

A 30-year-old bathroom in South City gets a luxurious makeover by Aleto: Jacuzzi tub replaced with a modern soaking tub, marble accents, gold fixtures, dual vanities, and spa-like green paint create a stunning retreat.

The homeowners sought to expand their living spaces into the backyard. Through meticulous planning, we created a tranquil retreat perfect for morning coffee and entertaining guests all day long.
A KITCHEN BUILT FOR COOKING
2023 HBA Remodeling Project of the Year – Kitchen Winner: Clients moved permanently to St. Louis and tasked us with gutting their non-functional kitchen. We redesigned for storage and cooking needs, brightening with white countertops and green tiles, and enhancing functionality with thoughtfully planned drawers and pantry cabinets.
A Kitchen With Personaility
Clients moved from NC to STL and hired us to overhaul their kitchen for storage and cooking. We removed a peninsula, added cabinetry, drawers, and pantry shelves for accessibility, and brightened the space with white countertops and green tiles.
OPENING SPACES IN STL HILLS FOR COMFORT AND STYLE
2022 HBA Remodeling Project of the Year Winner: Transformed a mid-century modern home by removing walls to create additional living space, replacing screens with windows, and adding skylights with solar shades. The highlight is a double-sided gas fireplace for cozy ambience.

HBA Project of the Year – Misc. Project Winner: Amid the pandemic, a Tower Grove homeowner sought a pottery studio. We collaborated to design an open, light-filled space, fostering creativity and convenience for her artistic pursuits.

Aleto helped transform a Chesterfield basement into an inviting entertainment space, featuring an extended living room, updated fireplace, dressing room, renovated bathroom, and a home theater with a concessions area for family gatherings.

2022 BALA Award Winner – Remodeling Project – Kitchen – Gold & 2022 HBA Remodeling Project of the Year Winner: Aleto transformed a Des Peres kitchen into a bright, functional space. Features include two-tone cabinets, a spacious island with a breakfast bar, glass cabinetry, a beverage refrigerator, and a stunning quartz countertop. The renovation also created more visual space by removing wing walls.
A SINGLE STORY ADDITION WITH THE WOW FACTOR
In Southwest Garden, a home expanded its footprint with a master bathroom featuring a luxury zero-entry shower and contemporary finishes. The addition also includes a first-floor laundry room and a large living space flooded with natural light. The siding was chosen for a pop of red to complement the brickwork.
