2022 HBA Remodeling Project of the Year Winner: We transformed our homeowners’ dream into reality by creating a spacious gathering room for entertaining and a relaxing primary bedroom suite. We enhanced outdoor living with a two-level deck, providing a cozy covered area for watching TV or dining, and an uncovered lower deck for outdoor entertainment. The addition seamlessly flows from the existing house, appearing original, and includes a laundry closet in the primary suite for convenience. The project required storm water management for the yard, but the result is an expanded indoor/outdoor living space that our homeowners love.

The renovation also created more visual space by removing wing walls.
