SETTING THE FRAMEWORK FOR A SECOND STORY
Handy homeowners called upon Aleto’s expertise with city homes to create a spacious second floor addition. After careful planning, Aleto framed the structure, did the exterior finishes as well as the electrical and HVAC then handed the reins over to the homeowners so they could put their mark on the inside finishes.

WHOLE HOME RENOVATION WITH FIRST AND SECOND STORY ADDITIONS
Aleto laid the groundwork for a full home renovation in Webster Groves, adding single and second-story extensions and preparing for features like a front porch and fireplace. After Aleto’s exterior work, homeowners completed the interior themselves.
SETTING WALLS FOR A SPECTACULAR LOWER LEVEL
Aleto updated a St. Louis Hills home by installing moisture control and remodeling the basement with new framing, mechanicals, and a bathroom. Homeowners added the final touches with paint.
