SETTING WALLS FOR A SPECTACULAR LOWER LEVEL

Updating the lower level of a home in St. Louis Hills called for creative design and execution. The homeowners wanted a more functional space and that first called for moisture control systems to be put in place including an interior drain tile system. Once the basement was dry we worked the homeowners to demo the existing wall paneling, bathroom and more.

We got right to work on framing the new walls, installing the mechanical systems, drywall and installing a bathroom fixtures. The homeowner then took the paint brush to put a splash of color on the walls and trim to complete the basement renovation.
